What’s the Best Practice for Loading CSS for Each Template Part?

When loading template parts from the template-parts/ directory, what is the best practice for loading CSS for each part? Should I include the CSS directly within each template file so that it loads automatically whenever the template part is loaded? I’d like to know the recommended approach.(Or generally, is it not recommended to load individual CSS files for each template part??)
